The B&B is located in Gambellara, a hamlet of Ravenna, in the heart of Romagna. Its location is strategic: just a few kilometers from the city of Ravenna, close to Faenza and Forlì, and perfectly situated to reach Mirabilandia amusement park, the Adriatic Riviera, and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. It’s the ideal base to experience the best of Romagna — from the countryside to the art cities and the sea.

How can I reach the property?

By car: Easily accessible from the E45 and the A14 motorway (Ravenna or Forlì exits), with free parking available on site.
By Train: the nearest railway stations are Ravenna (15 min) and Forlì (20 min), both connected by taxi or local bus.
By plane: the most convenient airports are Bologna (1 h), Rimini (45 min), and Forlì (20 min).

What type of breakfast does the property offer?

Breakfast is served buffet-style, featuring both continental and Italian options with sweet and savory choices. Guests can inform us of any food intolerances or special dietary needs when booking, to ensure a personalized service.

Is the swimming pool always accessible?

The pool is seasonal and available during the summer months. It is for the exclusive and free use of B&B guests, included in the room rate. Surrounded by the greenery of the garden, it features sun loungers and an outdoor shower for maximum comfort. For hygiene and safety reasons, access to the water is allowed only with proper swimwear.

Check-in is available from 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 10:30 a.m. Failure to respect these times — especially the use of the pool after check-out — will incur an additional charge.

What is the cancellation policy?

Yes, it is possible to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. After that, the total amount of the stay may be charged.

What payment methods are accepted?

The B&B accepts payments in cash, by credit card, debit card, Satispay, and PayPal. A 2.5% surcharge applies to electronic payments (cards, Satispay, and PayPal). An advance payment by bank transfer, credit card, or Satispay is also required at the time of booking.

Can children stay at the property?

Yes, children of all ages are welcome. Cribs are available free of charge upon request (for ages 0–2 and 3), while extra beds cost €20 per night (for ages 3–17), subject to availability.

Are pets allowed?

Small dogs are welcome, upon prior agreement with the property at the time of booking. An additional fee of €10 per night per dog applies. Guests are kindly asked to respect shared areas and the comfort of other visitors.

Are there any rules regarding smoking and quiet hours?

Smoking is not allowed. Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Is the property suitable for couples or families?

Yes, it is highly appreciated by both couples — for its location and romantic atmosphere — and families, thanks to its shared spaces and family-friendly amenities.

Are special requests possible?

Yes, special requests can be made during the booking process or by contacting the property directly; however, they are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
